Custom Builds
We do not warranty used components. We will always warranty the workmanship up to 1 year. Todd McDaniel Golf will not be responsible for lost or broken clubs when using new or used components for a custom build/repair.
Defective or Faulty Items (if applicable)
We offer to replace items if they are defective, faulty or damaged. For items classified as defective, faulty or damaged, we must be notified by email at todd@toddmcdanielgolf.com within 72 hours of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges at any time.
Shipping
To exchange your damaged, faulty or defective product, you should contact us at todd@toddmcdanielgolf.com prior to shipping the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item internationally, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Todd McDaniel Golf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Todd McDaniel Golf will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
