Defective or Faulty Items (if applicable)
We offer to replace items if they are defective, faulty or damaged. For items classified as defective, faulty or damaged, we must be notified by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges at any time.
To exchange your damaged, faulty or defective product, you should contact us at email@example.com prior to shipping the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item internationally, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Todd McDaniel Golf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Todd McDaniel Gold will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
