Please read these terms and conditions carefully before visiting Todd McDaniel Golf. By using the simulator, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Reservation and Payment

1. Reservations for bay rentals must be made in advance via website and are subject to availability.
2. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged with the facility.
3. The facility reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be made or  hours will be credited.

Membership

1. You (your name) agree to the membership terms that you have signed up for.
2.  If for whatever reason you decide to cancel before your minimum term is up, you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance of your term.

Safety:

1. Users must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the facility.
2. Proper footwear must be worn while using the simulator. No cleats or spiked shoes are allowed. Tennis shoes or soft spikes (rubber sole)
3. Users are responsible for any damages caused to the simulator or the facility due to their negligence or misuse.

Code of Conduct:

1. Users must conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times.
2. Any abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the facility without refund.
3. Users must follow the rules and regulations set forth by the facility, including any specific guidelines for using the simulator.

Liability:

1. Todd McDaniel Golf and its owners, employees, or agents shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other claims arising from the use of the indoor facility, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
2. Users assume all risks associated with using the facility, including but not limited to the risk of injury, property damage, or inaccurate data readings.

Equipment:

1. Users may bring their own golf clubs. All clubs must be cleaned prior to indoor use.
2. Todd McDaniel Golf will provide balls in each bay for players to use. 
3. Users are responsible for any damages caused to the simulator, golf balls, or other equipment provided by the facility due to their negligence or misuse.

Cancellations and Refunds:

1. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance of the reserved time to be eligible for a refund. You can cancel from the booking website or from your email confirmation.
2. Credits for cancellations made within 12 hours or for no-shows are at the discretion of the facility.

Intellectual Property:

1. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any proprietary software, graphics, or content associated with the indoor golf simulator without prior written consent from the facility.

Privacy:

1. The facility may collect and store personal information for the purpose of managing reservations and providing a personalized experience. Users' information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the facility's privacy policy.

Governing Law:

1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of City of Chesapeake.

By using Todd McDaniel Golf, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your membership and possible legal consequences.
